Returns & Refunds

At Trésor Skin, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality luxury skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • Timeframe: You may return unused and unopened products within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items on Sale: Products purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@tresorskin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
